Planning help, not a quote or inspection.
The calculator and report are educational planning tools. They do not inspect a system, diagnose failure, confirm code compliance or replace a written quote from a qualified local professional.
Safety
Never enter a septic tank. Do not open, lean over or inspect inside a tank. Keep people and animals away from sewage and standing wastewater.
Property eligibility
The paid report is intended only for a property with a confirmed on-site septic system. A property connected to public sewer is not eligible. If the wastewater system is not yet confirmed, the free planning range may be viewed but checkout remains unavailable until the property record is checked.
Local conditions control
Actual prices and maintenance requirements depend on location, permits, system design, soil, access, disposal fees and provider policies. A final provider quote may be outside the planning range.
Provider independence
Septic Plan does not broker, arrange or perform septic services and does not participate in the agreement or payment between a homeowner and provider. Provider inclusion is neutral research, not an endorsement, quality guarantee or instruction to hire. Independently confirm current authorization, licensing where applicable and insurance before booking.
Digital report delivery
The paid report is generated after a completed one-time payment of USD 8.99. Keep the order reference shown in the PayPal receipt. For access, delivery or technical report problems, email hello@mysepticplan.com. We aim to respond within two business days. Support does not review provider quotes or service disputes.
One free report correction
One technical correction and regenerated Revision 2 is included for seven calendar days after purchase. Tank size, tank access, system type, household size, service timing and warning signs may be corrected. ZIP code, service type and the confirmed septic-property status remain locked to the original order; another property or service requires a separate report. The original report is retained and is not overwritten. A correction that indicates standing wastewater or indoor sewage backup will stop normal report generation and show urgent safety guidance; it does not consume the correction.
Seven-day correction and refund promise
Contact us within seven calendar days of purchase. We will first try to correct or redeliver the report. If we cannot resolve the problem within two business days, we will refund the full report price when:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- the paid report was not delivered;
- the delivered file is corrupt or cannot be opened; or
- a technical error left the report materially incomplete or missing the personalized paid sections promised at checkout.
A refund is not automatic solely because you changed your mind after delivery, a provider's quote differs from the planning range, a provider changes price or availability, or information supplied for the report was inaccurate. The report does not guarantee a provider, price, saving or service outcome. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
